General Conditions

The contractual relationship with Saro Cat AG is established by the order of the customer and acceptance or confirmation of the order by Saro Cat AG.

With the order of products from our range, the GTC are considered accepted. Agreements deviating from the GTC are only recognized if they have been agreed to in writing.

The prices quoted by Saro Cat AG include value added tax at the current rate. Shipping costs are charged separately.

Saro Cat AG reserves the right to change prices at any time. For orders, the prices communicated on the order date or published on our website apply. In cases of obvious typing or invoicing errors, Saro Cat AG is authorized to withdraw from the contract.

Delivery usually takes place within one week. Other delivery times will be communicated by Saro Cat AG or are noted in the article description on the website.

The ordered items are delivered by mail, forwarding agent or courier depending on their size, quantity and weight.

Return and exchange of goods delivered in accordance with the contract is only possible in exceptional cases and with the written consent of Saro Cat AG within 30 days. In principle, goods will only be taken back or exchanged if they have not yet been used.

The return must be made in the original packaging. Any shipping costs and costs for further operations associated with the return or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Saro Cat AG guarantees for a period of 24 months that the delivered goods have the warranted characteristics, do not have any defects impairing their value or their suitability and correspond to the given specifications.

The customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing within three days. Saro Cat AG does not act on delayed notices of defects.

Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling and force wine effect as well as wear. With the execution of own repairs on the delivered goods, the execution of repairs by third parties or the disregard of the instructions of Saro Cat AG all claims on warranty are forfeited.

Any defect in the delivered goods does not entitle the customer to claim rescission and to cancel the purchase. In particular, the conversion is also excluded if the customer has already used the goods.

Saro Cat AG is entitled, in the case of justifiably asserted defects, at its own discretion to rectify the defect (repair) or to make a replacement delivery. If Saro Cat AG makes use of this right of choice, the transformation, reduction or the resignation on the part of the customer are excluded.

Saro Cat AG provided data will be securely protected and not disclosed to third parties. Excluded is the transfer to our partners for processing and delivery of the order. The customer may at any time request information about the data stored about him as well as their modification, correction or deletion.

Saro Cat AG reserves the right to change these GTC. In this case the customers will be informed accordingly. The current GTC are published on the website of Saro Cat AG.

For any disputes arising from or in connection with individual agreements with Saro Cat AG, Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Saro Cat AG (Tujetsch).
